After sending your initial request you can expect a response from our office within 24 hours to arrange an onsite inspection with one of our estimators. Your quotation will be in your inbox within 3 working days, and will include a comprehensive video report - we find this is the best way for our customers to understand what's included in their quote and so far the feedback has been outstanding.

 

On Top Roofing uses a cloud based workflow ensuring our whole team has instant access to all details of daily and weekly workload, so we're all "on the same page". Field staff can easily see the initial quote, the materials required, and the exact specifics of the work to be carried out including things like satellite images and digital markups as well as the video report from our estimators. Using this system also means our technicians can provide an accurate report detailing the work they've completed and any issues they encounter. Photos are uploaded directly from the job and sent to the customer on invoicing.

Our system has given us the ability to provide clients with accurate timelines - we keep you informed of scheduled dates every step of the way via email, text message or phone. 

Owner, director and head estimator Travis is a roof tiler by trade but really a jack of all trades. Growing up in the country Travis has a wealth of general building experience and his practical hands on approach, can-do attitude and analytical eye for detail means he is a master at diagnosing most roofing issues. 

Riss has been working with Travis since 2002. Having worked as a lab assistant, barista, baker, graphic artist, and high school tutor she finds her most difficult job to date is mother of two boys. Riss takes care of the back end of On Top Roofing and holds customer service as the company's number one priority.

Sami has a solid background in customer relations and project management. After successfully completing a traineeship in office admin in the UK Sami quickly advanced to management, directing a busy office for a top security supply company. A highly organised, positive and friendly team leader Sami is responsible for the smooth running of the day to day operations at On Top Roofing.

Dash is our two year old Hungarian Viszla. Lively and talkative he is a regular fixture in the office and factory. His guard dog skills leave a bit to be desired though his bark is much worse than his slobbery bite.
